Ordering
Placing an order on Weekend-X is simple! Browse our catalog, select your desired items, choose your size and color, and add them to your cart. When you're ready to checkout, click on the cart icon, review your order, and proceed to payment. You'll need to enter your shipping information and payment details to complete your purchase.
You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. To do so, log into your account, go to "Order History," find the relevant order, and select "Modify" or "Cancel." After the 1-hour window, orders enter our processing system and cannot be changed. In this case, you'll need to wait for the order to arrive and then follow our return process.
While creating an account provides benefits like order tracking, saved addresses, and faster checkout, we also offer a guest checkout option. You can complete your purchase without creating an account, but you'll need to enter your information each time you shop with us.
Shipping
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Express shipping (1-2 business days) is available for an additional fee. International shipping times vary by location but generally range from 7-14 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.
Yes! Weekend-X ships to over 60 countries worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. Please note that customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply when receiving shipments outside the United States.
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $75. We also run periodic promotions that may include free shipping at lower order values or for international customers. Sign up for our newsletter to stay informed about these special offers!
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unworn items in original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, log into your account, go to "Order History," and select "Return Item." Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process a refund to your original payment method, which typically takes 5-7 business days to appear on your statement.
For exchanges, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item right away (to ensure availability) and returning the original purchase for a refund. If you prefer a direct exchange, you can request this through the return process in your account, but please note this may take longer and is subject to item availability.
If you're returning due to a product defect or our error, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label. For preference-based returns (size, style, etc.), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Weekend-X VIP members receive free returns as a membership benefit.
Products & Sizing
Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements. For consistent sizing, we recommend taking your measurements and comparing them to our charts rather than relying on your size from other brands. If you're between sizes, our product descriptions often include fit advice (such as "runs small" or "relaxed fit").
We're committed to increasing sustainability across our product line. Currently, 60% of our products use sustainable materials such as organic cotton, recycled polyester, and Tencel. We clearly label these products with our "Eco-Conscious" tag. We're working toward our goal of 100% sustainable materials by 2026.
Care instructions are specific to each item and can be found on the product tags and product description online. Generally, we recommend washing in cold water, hanging to dry, and avoiding bleach to extend the life of your garments. For detailed care information, please refer to the care label on your specific item.
