At Weekend-X, we aim to deliver your comfort wear as quickly and efficiently as possible. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery timeframes, and other important information to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
Domestic Shipping (Within India)
Shipping Methods and Timeframes
Weekend-X ships to all 28 states and 8 union territories across India. Our standard delivery timeframes are as follows:

Note: Zone D regions may incur an additional shipping fee of ₹100 for standard delivery and ₹150 for express delivery regardless of order value.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 24 hours of placement during business days
- Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day
- Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed on the next business day
- During sale events or festive seasons, order processing may take an additional 24-48 hours
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email with your tracking details
- SMS notification with tracking information on your registered mobile number
- You can also track your order by:
- Logging into your Weekend-X account and visiting the "My Orders" section
- Using the "Track Order" feature on our website by entering your Order ID
- Contacting our customer support team with your Order ID
Shipping Restrictions
Pincode Restrictions
While we strive to deliver to every corner of India, there are some areas where our shipping partners have limited reach. To check if we deliver to your area:
- Enter your pincode in the pincode checker available on our website
- Check delivery availability during checkout before placing your order
Delivery Attempts
Our shipping partners will make:
- Up to 3 delivery attempts for each order
- If the delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse
- In such cases, you can request a reshipment (additional charges may apply) or a refund
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD Availability
Cash on Delivery is available with the following conditions:
- Available for orders valued up to ₹10,000
- Available in most locations across Zones A, B, and C
- Limited availability in Zone D regions (subject to shipping partner services)
- Not available for express delivery orders
COD Charges
- A nominal COD handling fee of ₹40 is applicable on all COD orders
- This fee is non-refundable in case of order cancellation or return
International Shipping
Currently, Weekend-X ships only within India. We are working to expand our services internationally and will update our shipping policy once international shipping becomes available.

For bulk orders (more than 10 items) or corporate gifting requirements:

Shipping During Sales & Festive Seasons
During peak seasons like End of Season Sale, Diwali, New Year, etc.:
- Standard delivery may take 1-2 additional business days
- Express delivery options may be limited
- You will be notified of any anticipated delays at the time of checkout
Frequently Asked Questions
How can I track my order?
You can track your order by logging into your Weekend-X account and visiting the "My Orders" section, or by using the "Track Order" feature on our website. You will also receive tracking information via email and SMS once your order is shipped.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Address changes can only be accommodated if the order has not been shipped. Please contact our customer support team immediately with your Order ID to request an address change.
Do you deliver on weekends and holidays?
Yes, deliveries are made on weekends and most holidays in Zone A and B regions. However, delivery in Zone C and D regions may be restricted on Sundays and national holidays.
What happens if I'm not available to receive my package?
If you're not available, our delivery partner will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your package. You can also coordinate with the delivery person for a suitable time or authorize someone else to receive the package on your behalf.
Can I get same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery is currently available only in select areas of Delhi NCR, Mumbai, and Bangalore for orders placed before 10 AM. A surcharge of ₹249 applies for same-day delivery regardless of order value.
