This policy outlines our procedures for cancellations, returns, and refunds in accordance with Indian consumer protection laws.
Order Cancellations
Pre-Shipment Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped at no additional cost:
- Log in to your Weekend-X account and navigate to "My Orders"
- Select the order you wish to cancel and click on "Cancel Order"
- Select a reason for cancellation from the dropdown menu
- Confirm your cancellation
All pre-shipment cancellations will be processed within 24 hours, and your refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
Post-Shipment Cancellations
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled directly. However, you can:
- Refuse to accept the delivery when it arrives
- Return the product after delivery (see our Return Policy below)
Returns Policy
Return Eligibility
Weekend-X offers a 10-day return policy for all our apparel products, starting from the day of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
- The product must not have any signs of wear, tear, or damage
- For hygienic reasons, undergarments and swimwear cannot be returned
- Products purchased during clearance sales or marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return
Return Process
- Log in to your Weekend-X account and go to "My Orders"
- Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
- Click on "Return Item" and follow the on-screen instructions
- Select a reason for the return from the options provided
- Choose between pickup or self-ship return option
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging
- If selecting pickup, our logistics partner will collect the package from your registered address
- If selecting self-ship, send the package to the address provided using a reliable courier service
Return Pickup
Weekend-X offers free return pickups for all eligible returns. Our delivery partner will collect the return package from your registered address within 3-5 business days of your return request. You will receive a confirmation email with the pickup date and time slot.
Refund Policy
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item(s), our quality check team will inspect the product(s) to ensure they meet our return criteria. After verification:
- For eligible returns, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

Exchanges
Weekend-X currently does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Special Categories
Sale Items
Products purchased during seasonal sales are eligible for returns unless specifically marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Contact our customer support team with clear photographs of the damage/defect
- We will arrange a free pickup and provide a full refund or replacement at your choice
- For verified manufacturing defects, the return shipping cost will be covered by Weekend-X
Wrong Item Delivered
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Contact our customer support with your order details
- We will arrange a free pickup of the wrong item and deliver the correct item as soon as possible
- All shipping costs in such cases will be borne by Weekend-X
